DERRY begin their Ulster Senior Football Championship campaign at home to Donegal this Sunday.
The Oak Leaf side enter on the back of relegation from Division Three of the National Football League whilst opponents Donegal enjoyed a relatively successful league campaign.
However, Derry boss Damian McErlain claims his players are looking forward to what is an intriguing clash between the north west neighbours.
Meanwhile, the draws have taken place for the respective football and hurling championships within the county.
