BIKE fans have voted the 2017 Vauxhall International North West feature superbike race the 'Race of the Year' at the Cornmarket Irish Motorcyclist of the Year awards.
The epic encounter that came down to a last lap battle between eventual victor Glenn Irwin (PBM/Be Wiser Ducati) and Alastair Seeley (Tyco BMW) caught the imagination of everyone who witnessed it, with a massive seventy per cent of the votes cast being claimed by the North West 200 race.
