Ballymoney team-mates Gary Kelly and Aaron Tennant booked their place in next summer's British Isles Championships by winning the Irish Pairs title in Belfast.
The two Ireland internationals recorded a twenty three points to fifteen points win against the Dunbarton Bowling Club pairing of Conor McCartan and DJ Wilson.
It is the first piece of silverware they have won together since joining forces two seasons ago. "It is an incredibly proud moment," Tennant told Chronicle Sport.
“That's the first Irish Pairs title I have won and it's the second time Gary has lifted it. It's a great achievement, especially as it happened in front of our families.
“At the start Gary said to me, 'Give us three years and we will win a Northern Ireland Provincial Bowling Association title'. This year things seemed to click for us.
