CAUSEWAY Coast and Glens Borough Council's Easter Sports Camps have proved a resounding success, with more than one hundred and eighty children getting involved.
Organised by the Central area's Sports Development Team, the camps offered kids the chance to take up a number of different sports, from football to tennis to hockey.
Mayor Alderman Maura Hickey said: "I'm delighted to see that so many young people took part in our Easter sport and recreation activities. They provide an opportunity to learn new skills, meet new friends and have fun. I would like to thank all the coaches who took part, and I hope we have inspired a new generation of sporting stars."
