'Best ever' NW200 says Whyte thumbnailCarrickfergus rivals Alastair Seeley and Glen Irwin claimed five race wins between them at last week's Vauxhall International North West 200.

VAUXHALL International NW200 Event Director Mervyn Whyte claims the 2018 meeting ranks as the 'best' in the event's 89 year history.
Thousands of bike fans enjoyed top-class racing in brilliant sunshine as the world's best road racers competed around the nine mile Triangle circuit.
The week was dominated by Carrickfergus rivals Alastair Seeley and Glen Irwin who chalked up five wins between them.
There was also cause for celebration for the Smith's Racing BMW and McAdoo Kawasaki camps as both Peter Hickman and James Cowton recorded maiden victories.
