THERE were a number of very special guests at the Armistice Day service in Bushmills on Saturday morning as The Crescent School Boys Choir joined members of the Royal British Legion to mark the occasion. Crescent School is a boys school from Toronto, Canada and their choir is currently touring Northern Ireland.
The Crescent Boys Choir is made up of 36 boys aged nine to 16 years who later this month will perform in Kells and Galway, with their last concert being held in Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin.
The choir integrates a love of performing with the desire to make the world a better place through music. When not performing or studying, these boys spend their time playing soccer, hockey, basketball and rugby, competing in robotics competitions and gracing the stage as actors, public speakers and debaters.
