SINN Féin Councillor, Cara McShane, has welcomed the decision by Causeway Coast and Glens Council to invest money in reviewing the Lammas Fair.
The welcome comes just weeks after a furious debate in the Council chamber when Cllr McShane accused officers of spending £9,000 on a 'pet project'.
The Cllr was reacting to a report commissioned by the Council researching the costing and viability of last year's Air Waves show, which had been given to members at an earlier committee meeting.
