FOUR more of Northern Ireland's best IT and Engineering students, including Liam Fletcher from Ballycastle, have won a place on the prestigious Civica Scholarship Programme.
Launched in 2008, in partnership with two leading universities in Northern Ireland (Queen's University Belfast and Ulster University) the programme aims to nurture fresh talent in the UK IT sector. Scholars work alongside Civica professionals during paid summer and year-out placements.
This year, four more scholars from Queen's University Belfast joined the prestigious programme - John Willcox-Beney, Jamie Caldwell, Liam Fletcher and Edward Muldrew. Civica welcomed all the scholars to an awards ceremony at their Belfast office, along with family members and university representatives.
