Coffee and craic all in name of charity!
Thursday, 23 February 2017
LEABANK private nursing home in Ballycastle recently held a very well attended coffee afternoon in aid of the Little Princess Trust and The UK Sepsis Trust.
In among the coffee drinking and bun eating, supported by maintenance man John Kane, Robin O'Neill very bravely had his legs and chest waxed!
Speaking to the Chronicle, John wanted to thank each and every person who donated in any way whatsoever to the event.
He said: "We wanted to hold the event to raise money for two charities close to the local people. Little Princess Trust and the UK Sepsis Trust are two charities an ex colleague, Charlotte McNeill, is involved with.
