Caravan park concerns

A SEASONED caravanner who spends the season in the North Coast area has raised concerns about a proposed extended licence agreement which could see Council claim 15% on the sale of any caravan on their sites.
The Resident, who asked to remain anonymous, claims this 15% would be claimed on the buying and selling of each static caravan, netting Council a total of 30%.
He claims they have also proposed a minimum charge of £750 on the selling of any static caravan, no matter what it is actually worth.
